sometimes is so-so

French Japanese pop culture inspired bag line Toki Doki (sometimes in Japanese) sample sale opened up yesterday. Discounts modest, with wallets at 55$ and clutches starting at 60$. Larger bags ranged from 100-170. The workmanship is ok, not cloture, and doesn’t warrant the 278$ price point the bags normal retail at. The designs are very cute, with nice details like rainbow zippers and matching key chains.

These are fun trendy pieces that I might pick up if they we're a steal, but I'll save my splurge for something timeless. The T-shirts and hats are worth checking out. T-shirts are 20$ and hats are 15-25$.

J Crew review

Expect a line, I went on the first day and waited 45 min before giving up. On day two the wait was much shorter. Unfortunatly most of the large and medium womens clothes are gone, small and extra small still have large selections.

The sample size is 6. There is a beautiful selection of wedding gowns, if you know a 6 who's looking for one it'd defintly worth checking out.

Most men's clothes are medium or 15 1/2.

Prices:

Tshirts/polos/tanks 10$
Cotton/Wool Sweaters 35$
Cashmere sweaters 60$
Chino/cord botoms 25$
Dress Pants/dress skirts 60$
Day Dresses 60$
Occasion dresses 99$
Wedding dresses prices as marked, starting around 300$
